I think the overall pattern you describe would actually be visable in most areas of your life. A kind of casual surface skate rather than a real show up and be completely present.

The choices to cheat aren't usually isolated. It's tendrils run wide and deep.

One did push me to question my sense of honesty and morality, however, he was less concerned about the infidelity part of my life.

In IC I think you should be focused on you, the core of you not the fact that you cheated but the lies/justifications we tell ourselves to make the choice to cheat just so obvious. If you found a good IC that is willing to tread deep waters go back to him.. IMO good luck
