No it's not bad to be introspective, EF I really did like it. As a remorseful WS I feel like I was that person treating someone else like shit and now I get a chance to make myself better.
I still get treated like shit though, by SO's family and by SO as well so it's just made me think a little deeper about things that have been on my mind anyway.
