My stb sil wanted to contact xh to get his blessing to ask for our daughters hand in marriage. Sil has tried to contact xh but was not able to get a hold of him. So now he has missed one of the biggest events in his daughters life because he wouldn't pick up his phone or listen to a message.
Now her little brother was able to fill the role and give his blessings, something he also wont forget.
Karma bus? I probably could have called mil who cut me out to call xh to return call. But I've stopped saving him and the kids see him for what he is, a loser.

Your exwh does that too? Mine doesn't answer his phone a lot when my kids call. I wonder why they do that. Are they cowardly? I just don't know. They have no idea what they are missing!!
Glad your son could fill in and that it meant a lot to him.
