Hot flashes. Stupid night sweats. I sleep with my window wide open and alternate between hugely hot and so cold. And waking up with my torso slimy and clammy with sweat.
Please tell me it's gonna stop.
I've also been swinging between emotional poles. Remembering Mr. Rogers has made me cry today. Is it ever gonna stop? Gah!

Maybe this should have been in Off Topic. Although, seems like menopause is somewhat of a New Beginning. Bleah.
