Do you ever just take one?
I've been so 
lately being in the middle of the D
that today I just took one!!
I have sooo much to do. But it needed to wait. I made popcorn lots of popcorn, hit the couch and watched movies.
aaahhhhh - it felt soooo good.
I had the opportunity and I took it!
I highly recommend it to all.
Everyday is a blank canvas, and only you hold the brush.

One of the best things I did - in the middle of D, with all the upheaval and uncertainty in my life - I took my Teslet and went with my mom on a cross country trip to visit relatives. It was two weeks of pure relief. A chance to clear my head and get away. I needed it and it marked a big turning point in my healing.

Oh tesla! that sounds even better that crashing out on the couch all day

Sad - I just might take you up on that one of these weekends.
DD 23 is moving back to Phx soon, and I just might be able to get her to watch Special DD for a weekend
