He is still living out of our guest bedroom and, as far as I know, has not told any of his friends that we have split. He is still wearing his ring. i don't think he's planning on replying to my request for dissolution.,
if i have to divorce him, it's gonna get ugly. i'll have to break out the emails, the pics, the receipts. i really don't want to have to shame him publicly. Guess you can't help a man who is hell-bent on destroying his life.

Not necessarily. You'll need all that if you intend to prove adultery, but some states don't actually have that option anyway, and even in those that do, in some cases nothing short of a pic of the act itself will do.
Your best bet is to get a consult with a lawyer or two to determine what the options are in your state.
