Still no letter. :( I was away 4 days for business trip but no letter. Still holding out a little hope. Sadly thinking the chase to him is the addiction that he mAy never recover from. :(

I asked for a letter and my H was honest in his response back. He said that I could not ask for one on the spot, but that I would get one when he was ready to write it. He told me he did not want to have to fake emotions because I was asking him to be honest. About 2 months later I got my first letter and it made me feel special. He then wrote me another that I could keep on me in case I was having a hard day. It truly is the small sentimental things that make me (at least) the most wanted.

I am trying to locate a love letter from a WH that BW posted in the last 9 months. It was beautiful and I wanted to show it to my WH.
I had asked him to write me a love letter before he left on his last business trip so I would have something for the hard days.
He wrote it about 12 hours before he got home (a little late?) and it basically said "thanks for trimming my ear hairs". I kid you not.

I have asked for a letter several times in the course of r or limbo or whatever is my Life these days... Don't be afraid to ask for it. Don't be afraid to ask for it again. I haven't gotten it or several other things in ave asked for. But I will ask again. And eventually my needs will be met in this M or I will leave this M.

Don't get me wrong, my WH is doing a lot of things differently. He has made a lot of important changes. But he is moving slowly. He is only in IC for about 7 months now of our 1.5 years since d day. And he has years to go (at this pace anyway) if he is to figure his stuff out
End t/j

this is a thorn in my side,, I wrote him a love letter, I also wrote him a poem, and he turned the poem into a song as a romantic gesture,, but they were still my words, eve before D-day I always thought how nice a love letter would be but really just dismissed it as hubbys not that type and I was so happy wit him,, but i found out on D-day that he had handwritten and posted her at least one love letter, I don't think I could ask for one,,, but the fact that he took it upon himself to write her one but never in 10 years thought to write me one stings.
