Hello
Does anyone know the answer to this?
Just found out that my ex-spouse lost his healthcare coverage on 28th February 2013 for him and my 3 children. In our divorce decree it states that he must supply coverage.
Anyway, after finding out I texted him and he replied that he has Catastrophic Insurance with a $5000 deductible.
Am I liable to pay 50/50 of the deductible?
I want not consulted in his arrangements for this plan. It's so frustrating trying to co-parent with this man!!!
Me. - moving on and upward !!!

What does your decree/temp orders say about out of pocket health care expenses?
Another thing to consider is that the cost of his previous health coverage for the kids was calculated into his child support. If he is paying much less for insurance now, you might want to see how that affects his support and file for modification if appropriate.
