Sometimes I get upset & need to channel my feelings about what's going on. I get angry thoughts & feelings, but when I say them in MY voice in my head it's not quite what I'm needing to properly express my sentiments.

Awesome! I now have a date with a bowl of popcorn after work tomorrow.
If I liked McDonald's, I would change that to a le Big Mac or Royale with Cheese
