We have yet another hearing tomorrow.... last one, STBX stated he had "concerns" about my primary custody of our son but wouldn't elaborate on what those "concerns" were. Hopefully tomorrow's everything just goes smoothly and we FINALLY get our final court date. Thanks for listening.

Not very good... he's now refusing to agree with the terms we had written up (we are filing jointly) because of something completely non-related. We are being sent to mediation, and if nothing comes from that, we go to court.

Thanks for the support. I just want this done, you know? I filed back in Sept and it's still dragging on. He wanted the D and he keeps delaying it. I just want it done.
