Closed on the loan last night. House is mine after the 3 day rescission period is up. She gets her money, I get the house the kids love to be in. I'll chalk it up as a win.
BTW - since the whole egg on her face deal, she has been super nice to me. Wonder why. I still have to deal with her and jerkface picking up my kids together, showing up places together. But I don't pay attention.
Thanks for all the positive feed back. Good to finally feel some wins under my belt.
