I asked ws to write a nc letter to op. He is still denying the ea but he wrote the nc. I will mail it certified today. I want to try to contact op's spouse. I would want to know so I want him to know. I think I'll write him a letter or try to send an email. Any ideas about what to write?

My best advice would be to keep it brief and keep out all emotions. Maybe just say something like - Our spouses had an EA from x-date to z-date, I have x=number of emails and texts proving their EA and other pieces of proof (for lack of a better word). If you would like I can make copies of what I have so that you have the same information I do. I am available at (this number) should you have any questions for me.
Good Luck.
