I've heard several folks here discuss a timeline. Exactly what does it mean? Is it a narrative? Is it a graph with dates? What exactly is it? Whats the most nourishing format?

It can be either of those things, as long as it includes whatever you need to help heal.

My FWS sat with his calendar and then wrote a narrative of how his A progressed. Beginning date, ending date and all meetings in between.

If there are any details you particularly need to know, make sure you ask your WW to include those too.

Sometimes it's too much to read all at one time. But I found it so helpful in the healing process.
