Sister had sex with a married man. It was an old boyfriend. “They were together before he got married.” She was “drunk.” She “feels bad about it.”

She did this AFTER seeing the utter destruction of what infidelity has done to me and my family.

But wait, there’s more.

The only reason I even know about this is because she was upset that my mother may have “looked down on her” after reading about her infidelity in the book she wrote and has already shared with several people.

She has no idea whether the BS in her situation knows, but she “assumes that she does because they (the married guy she had sex with and his wife) had a child sometime after she and the married guy had sex”. She “wanted to tell the wife.”…..but never did. I’m not even sure it would be her place to. I don’t think I’d want to hear it from an OW. But I DO know ONE thing: I SURE AS SHIT WOULDN’T WANT TO READ ABOUT IT IN A BOOK. …A book, that sounds like it’s entirely justifying my sister’s shitty morals (or lack thereof) by blaming her entire life on anyone but herself. From what it sounds like, the entire book is a blow by blow account of how each and every person that she’s ever been in a relationship with has wronged her. Ugh.

Oh yeah, and one more thing. Sister has, in the past, admitted to being the proud owner of HPV.

This makes me sick on so many levels. I’ve already asked her to remove any mention of me or my family from her farce of a book. I’m guessing she wants to publicize it to God knows who and ruin the lives of God knows how many countless people, including the poor woman whose life she already ruined by having sex with her husband (and likely passed on HPV).

I don’t even think I have a question for the S.I. forums about this. I don’t even think there are words to express how utterly disgusted I am with this. I just needed to share, because as of late it seems that this is just ‘how it is.’ People blogging and writing books justifying their shitty morals and entitlement, not giving two fucks who they hurt or slander…..

Sigh.

So long, and thanks for all the fish!

But wait, there’s more.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who read that in the Billy Mays' voice??

I can't even imagine, ToG. That's a major set of cajones she's walking around with.

Gross.

Let her know there will be legal ramifications if she does not change names in that little book of hers.

Does she have a publisher for her book? If so, I'd let her editor know, as well--probably through an attorney.

I have no idea how to find out who her publisher or editor would be, but she has shown it to another published writer (who gave her a "weird look" after he read it).

I don't even want to talk to her anymore, I'm so disturbed.

This seems like slander at the very least, but really I'm more concerned that the betrayed wife might now have a health problem that she needs to be aware of.

So long, and thanks for all the fish!

Gently, maybe it's time you shut her out of your life. She is a very sick person who obviously has nothing in the way of boundaries. I'm not sure that you need her drama in your life. (((hugs)))

Imagine a ship trying to set sail while towing an anchor. Cutting free is not a gift to the anchor. You must release that burden, not because the anchor is worthy, but because the ship is.

Have you said this ^^^ to her?

I would tell her exactly how you feel and then I would rid her from your life. She's toxic.
