I'm 7 months out and today I drove to work (1 1/2 hours) and thought it doesn't hurt AS MUCH anymore...
Just wanted to share some insight. The SI vets here always tell me TIME will heal the wounds. And, it really does...As crazy and incredibly hurt as you are right now. I remember lying on my bed at my parents house with smeared mascara, a newborn and a toddler on each arm thinking this is the most incredible pain a human being can possibly endure. It hurts more than childbirth. Remember, we all feel your pain. Post and read, it helps tremendously. Good luck everyone on this journey of life.

Thank you so much for the words of hope. 4 months here, and as it has gotten easier to deal with, it is nice to know that this is not "as good as it gets".
