Very interesting thread!

For 10 yrs I went from being a hair stylist to a sahm back to hair stylist back to sahm back to hair stylist. Luckily, my mom and I owned the shop so it was easy to come and go. When she and my dad moved out of state we decided to sell. I went back to school, divorced my first H and quickly figured out it was either work and feed my kids or go to school and we starved. So, it was off to work I went.

I then started work as a data entry clerk for a calibration company. Before long I was the office manager/payroll/accounts receivable/accounts payable while still doing the data entry on the calibration certificates. It was a lot of work but I loved it.

In November of 2012 my H, realizing how stressed I was about everything, told me to go ahead and put my 2 weeks notice in if I wanted. I DID!

So now I am a happy sahm again! I think that I was always meant to be "Little Suzy Homemaker" I love love love being home with my kids and getting to spend time with my H.

I also pretty much help run the HS Marching band that my girls are in. I take care of uniforms:fittings/alterations and cleanings, designing spirit wear and working with a local company to decide what we will offer, run fundraisers including the Kroger Cares program (my baby, I started it almost 4 yrs ago and it has become our biggest money maker), car washes, car show etc. I plan the end of the yr banquet. The kids all call me "their band mom" I love ALL my kids. And I am HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!

Oh yeah... and I am VERY LONG WINDED! LOL

I am a pastor.

I also work making tombstones. In that regard my job consists of operating a CAD system to design the monuments, of which I am currently training on a second program. I also run a laser which etches photos onto the stone surface. Also handle marketing ans social media for the company. Do some design work for that with logos and other photos we post. I do customer service and facilitate communication between the salespeople and the design department.

I am a SAHM but before this I worked in Corporate Banking. I had Corporate companies worth £/$ Billions as clients and I would do background checks on companies that approached my clients for business contracts. Once our boys go to high school and don't need me around so much I want to get a teaching certificate in belly dancing and eventually run my own little studio
