I'm nowhere near the possibility of reconciling with my STBXWW but I wonder if anyone here has tried to safeguard a reconciliation with their WS by suggesting a fidelilty clause (ignore whether you are married or not for this hypothetical)
Agreement: If you cheat again you agree to get nothing in the divorce. No money, custody, house, pension, nout. You leave with only your clothes.
Presumably if the WS is truly remorseful then they will have no problem with it and it would be a non-issue if they are faithful? It would prevent false R and make the wayward think twice every time the opportunity presents itself. The BS is entitled to tear up the pre-nup whenever he/she feels comfortable that the WS is 'safe'
Thoughts?
