I was hoping it was a joke. The article said they would call her Nori, but who wants to be called a type of seaweed?

I had also heard they were going to go with "South By South West", but the city of Austin planned on suing.

Ba-dump-dump.

I'm here all week. Please tip your waitstaff generously.

I'll never understand why some celebrities do this to their children.

Wasn't there a movie where a kid was looking for parents and his name was North. I don't fully recall because I didn't watch the movie.

For the record, I like Katastrophe

David Duchovny and Tea Leoni have a daughter they named West...actually Madeline West, but I seem to recall they call her West. Their second child is named Kyd.

I can see David Letterman introducing them one day: West, North. North, West.

Personally, I get the weird, quirky names stars name their kids (usually). It's when people name their kids after stars, their characters and their kids that I feel

I'd rather weird or unique any day over trying to connect yourself to some celebrity through your kid's name. Of course, I'm married to a man named after a soap opera character, so that might color my opinion.

"Being in love" first moved them to promise fidelity: this quieter love enables them to keep the promise. *CS Lewis*
