Thank you for all your input.

WH read the thread with me last night and (as usual) focused on his percieved negatives. He thinks people on SI make a lot of assumptions based on little information. He doesn't seem to realize that people on SI have read thousands of posts, and they begin to see the basic trends.

Later on last night he told me that he noticed that even when a counseling session has been difficult, like today, we seem to communicate better than usual afterwards. Not sure if we're getting better in spite of counseling, or because of counseling.
