So at the hearing (me on the phone and ... here it comes now officially XWHwas there in person) He must have been scared or a wave of honesty hit him like a ton of bricks but while sworn in admitted to the debt that he started after D filing and claimed 100% of it (I think it was because he knew I might say something and he would be in contempt) 
But all is finally Done ...

Thank you everyone! I felt a huge weight off my shoulders.
Here is the kicker: I need a certified copy of the decree as I went back to my maiden name ... Afterwards I called him about our DS22 and then said, "since you have all this loan money can you go back to the court house and pay for my certified copy that I need"
XWH "Oh sure no problem ... I'll do it first thing in the morning"
All I can do is shake my head!
