I wouldn't toss anything until you've contacted your attorney. You're not trying to have him convicted of a crime, so it's not the "reasonable doubt" standard. Has he had court ordered drug testing before?

I would call the police and explain what you have found. Tell them you want it on record and for them to take it away as it could be hazardous to your kids.

Going forward, wear latex gloves when you go through stuff.

Send the nekkid picture with him and the cat to the ASPCA and say you're not sure what your ex is doing with the cat but they may want to look into it.
