Does anyone know of a great forum like SI for domestic violence victims?
A relative got married earlier this year to what she thought was a great guy. They had lived together for over a year. They went on a belated honeymoon trip and he beat her up. She is walking away with her kids and needs all the support she can get as she now lives far from family. I wish she had a great place like this with great people like this.

Have her call the local WEAVE hotline. They are great and caring people and can give her immediate and longterm help. I am sure they will also be able to point her toward online resources and groups.

Thanks, will do that. Thankfully she is a strong woman, but that is a terrible blow.
