The MC asks, "why are you holding on to your anger?"

"It seems a lot of your anger is at yourself".
Well, yes, considering the OW was one of my best friends and I trusted her and my WH together and the OW told her mum it wouldn't matter that my WH was married soon. She was at my fucking wedding 5 months previously.
And then just left it there, me spitting, therefore leading to a fight on the way home.
Thankfully she's on holiday for a month.
