Has anyone been living with the WS when the divorce papers were served?
Multiple ddays-LTA with coworker.

Does your H know that you are filing? You can serve him yourself.
My WH is not living at home right now, but when I filed I just let him know that I had the papers and could he please come up to the house to sign them.

Yes, he was served 3 weeks ago. We still live together in the same house with our DS.
I told him on a Thursday I had filed and he was served at work the following Monday.
He's a passive aggressive person, so everything is pretty calm. However, he throws pity partys pretty often, so we spend alot of time not talking. 
"If your ideal image of yourself is in the future, it's going to stay there".

Against my atty's wishes, I had XH served at work. The first time I filed, there were still kids living at home and I didn't want them to see any part of it. The second, and final time, he was served at work as he was legally kicked out of the house. (He did try to hide from the guy, but failed! lol)
If you love something and hurt it dearly, then chose not to fix it...you never deserved it in the first place.
