I too felt the same, we are just about moving out soon, as XH wants to keep the house.
We try to settle in civil. So we do not fight much. But i still have the anger that he can simply leave us after chatting for a couple of months with this woman, I am so mad, cannot wait to move out, then I am so scared that I will be awful lonely. I have twin boys to hug and to cry too, I guess.
I am reading the book from " Abandonment to Heading" What we feel is only temporary, it will be better, just hang in there.
M: 10 years both late 40s.
