DS, need I remind you that Tower started on Broadway in Sacto and it wasn't until years later that You Bay Area youngins got a store or 12 in your neck of the woods. Tower Books used to be THE place to buy Fryed Brother's comic books though. Rasputin, on the other hand, started down there and is still going.
Aesir, I make a mighty fine date when I do date myself and I shower before date night...
WH5, if you are ever in the NorCal region, I usually scan and hang out on channel 9 since I refuse to buy one of those new CBs with the 40 channels.
I think I'll finish the night by watching Wizards or The Song Remains the Same on my Betamax.
Keep on truckin'.

If THAT shocked you, I won't tell you about the other incarnations that particular location has gone through since Payless. (Think videos and 420 equipment...)
Well, I guess I just told you anyway.... I've got margaritas and hugs on standby.

Jrazz...
I know!! I changed to many things over the years. When it was Tower Records...my girlfriends and I would hang out in there giggling over all the cute boys and the hot rods they pulled up in

DS, the original location is now a Dimple Records and the second location in Sacto (which stood empty for six years) is now a Fresh and Easy market. We are the doomed.
Lynnm, please, for the sake of humanity and your very soul, put the devil's instrument down and walk away from it. Landlines never loose a signal.
Jrazz, I can still rent videotapes somewhere? Please don't hold out on me.
