I have been reading your responses. Thank you everyone. I am putting plans in place and focusing on me for the past couple of days. Been working on my own issues and digging into my own shit. If I focus on him and his actions it makes me want to break down again and takes the focus off my own personal growth. It hurts but I'm not breaking this time.

Jesus Christ, does it ever stop? 
I hate to see him punish you over and over again for what you did---what you did that you owned and you worked on, and you have changed yourself for the better. He just keeps punishing you.
You are worth more. You deserve more.
Stay focused on you. Take care of you. Get rest. You have to let your back heal.
