ruined....my post probably came off as way too harsh. I'm sorry for that.
I guess the point I was trying to make, ineloquently, was that the way I got through this was to positively make it about my kids. I found when I did that it took my mind off my own issues. And the happy side effect is that the kids made it through just fine.
I believe you are getting support and encouragement. A lot of those who've posted have been through exactly what you're dealing with at the moment. Some of us....well...me...tend to want to help others to get through the mess in the most direct least painful way.
I think I tend to be decidedly objective about this stuff anymore.
You know..."I've been down this road, please let me show you the shortcut!!"...when really we all have to find our own way.
