Everyone's out of town. Or so it seems. You can bowl in the metro cars. I get to work much earlier because traffic is light so the buses/streetcars move faster. Makes me want to go somewhere, too. We'd planned to head to Montreal and Quebec's Eastern Townships this weekend. Now, that will depend on whether our car is repaired after S/O's spectacular accident Saturday night. Grrrrr............I might just take a train.

Our temperatures have been in the low to mid 20Cs for weeks. That's 70Fs to you. Except for a hellishly hot and humid week, we feel as if summer has passed us by. Still, we're Canadians so our natural instinct is to cottage.
