ASands---hang in there. I am 10 months in, and less than two months from our final D. There are still many times I have those old feelings of unremitting despair, anxiousness, etc. But---it will pass, at the least the worst of it. My corner finally turned when I became more focused on rebuilding my self-esteem and confidence, and facing head-on the simple truth that in reality, my WW was not the right person for me down the road, and her inidelity just cemented that!!
Just give yourself time; it took me a few months to consistently get there. You want better, and DESERVE Better!
