Nearly three years ago now, my four year old cousin died in a car accident. I'm still finding it ridiculously hard to heal and move on from the accident, I had counselling for it, just over a year ago when I was also diagnosed with a mild eating disorder, (that I am now over thankfully)and the counselling team thought I was ready to be discharged, but I still find it really hard, any advice?

Are there any support groups in your area? Maybe a bereavement support group, or a group for people who have suffered from a trauma would help you.
DS, you are forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with me. I will always try to live by the example you have set. I love you and miss you every day and am sorry you had to go so soon, it just doesn't seem fair.
