You told me your story in my thread. I am, like you, in good shape and consider myself to be a decent looking guy besides my bent up cauliflower ears. I'm successful in my career and have worked hard to make a good life for my family. My wife stays at home with our kids.
My wife had an affair with a 54 year old man that is covered in gray hair and is not nice looking at all. I'm seriously baffled by it all. I just cant seem to wrap my head around the attraction to this idiot. He must've had a silver tongue and said all the right things.
I lost weight during the first two months because I quit working out and was eating terrible. I'm back to my normal routine now and feeling healthier. I will never be able to understand the appetite for such a person. All of my wife's friends have recoiled in disgust when I showed them the picture of this a hole.
All of it makes me sick, so I understand where you are coming from. Try and eat regularly and go to your doctor and get on some type of depression medication. I've been put on Seroquel xr. It has helped me sleep and increased my appetite quite a bit. I also have been put on Remeron. It seems to help with the up and down emotions. I wish you the best.
