What is a 180?
Also, I was reading some comments last week and I can't remember which one it was, but someone mentioned a book for the WS that helps him understand what the BS is going through and how to help them cope? Does anyone know the name of that book?

Go into the healing library to the left and all these things will be explained in there. A 180 is when you stop engaging with the ws and about turn.
