Im quiting smoking again. This has to be the 15th time. I wrote out my schedule for the patch. I even quit smoking a day early. I smoked do much on my last day just to get rid of the smokes my the last 2 I was already done. I went to the gas station where I normally buy my smokes and asked how much per. Pack. With tax it would be. I made a Rouge estimate of how much I spend in a week. It comes out to 56 bucks a week. Thats an extra tak of gas a Nmeal at a nice place , enough quarters to do laundry for a month. I made a quit smoking saving jar. I really want to replace things in my home and its not in thw budget. So that will be my present to myself this christmas. I am going to continue this jar for a year and ill have enough to go on vacation with my son. So ill do that every yr as a reward for not smoking. If d I end up smoking again i will take it out th jar. Then that way ill see the things I really want go down the Tubes, and ill quit again. Im also starting to fun 5ks on the weekends with some friends. A friend of.mine gave me a 6 month membership to the 24 hour gum in town, if I start smoking again I owe him for the rest of the months in the contract. Ive gotten a few a cravings But not to bad.
