Today is one of those days when the person I line at Starbucks ahead of me paid for my coffee. So I paid for the guy behind me. Can you all help keep it going?

Since you have this going so well, I will let someone cut in front of me ...

I'm taking my daughter and her BF to dinner for her birthday. Does that count, because she'll have to take me out to dinner for my birthday next month?

This week I taught a friend of mine about being vulnerable enough to show his weaknesses at work and talk to his boss about the problems he'd been having, rather than sweeping it under the rug and hoping it would go away.

Lessons I would not have known had I not been here, learning with all of you.

I call that paying it forward.
