I'd like to share a positive story with you guys.
I'm feeling so incredibly lucky and loved this evening! I had an emotionally draining, soul wrenching day. Pretty heavy IC this morning, and tonight was a monthly support group for something I'm just now beginning to process and face.
It was healing to purge and find support, but absolutely exhausting! When I came home, BSO had made me a beautiful dinner, fixed up the bed super comfy, and baked a loaf of homemade bread! He was loving and affectionate, and exactly the medicine I needed after all my mental self excavation today!
Right now, this moment, I'm feeling peace. Something I haven't felt in a very long time. So I'm just going to take this time to be present, grateful, and peaceful.
I hope that this sheds some light for those suffering, and feeling overwhelmed and like there's no end to the pain. If you work hard enough, you can learn to find peace and gratitude in the present!

2 year EA/PA. DDay 3/12. Broke NC 6/13 w/one stupid 5 line e-mail (which brought me to SI). Me: WH, 51. Her: BW, 50. Married 20 years. Two kids. Dog. Reconciling...together.

DS, you are forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with me. I will always try to live by the example you have set. I love you and miss you every day and am sorry you had to go so soon, it just doesn't seem fair.
