Honestly I would be afraid to read my first posts. That is a big part of why I haven't upgraded - it didn't put you in a bad place to read them?

It is an interesting exercise to say the least. It didn't put me in a bad place. I know what happened, and lived through that hell. For me it was cathartic to read both my posts and some of JNRPA's old posts to see how far we have come.
If R hadn't gone well, I doubt I would be reading them.
