Thank you so much for the positive words. I feel better now knowing that I am not crazy. I have felt that way for the past few weeks because he just seemed totally off. I knew something wasn't right but I think like two other people said it starts to seem "normal" in a way. I know I've caught myself thinking well it can't be as bad as I think, he doesn't mean to be like that, and he always apologizes later so he feels bad about it. But when it's written out and so many agree that it is way dysfunctional it eases my mind to know that there is a reason for my uneasiness. Thank you again. I'm trying to seperate irrational from rational. I think I've been in this for so long it was sort of hard to do at first. I'm actually glad I caught him cheating, because it has opened my eyes to who he really is.

A lawyer could connect you to a computer forensics person immediately. That's how I found mine. If you go through a place like Geek Squad, Best Buy, or some place like that, they'll automatically be obliged to report anything they find to the police, and since you were the one who brought the computer in, you'll be the one arrested. If you go through a computer forensics person via a lawyer, you may be able to better direct the action if something actionable is found.
I paid $4,000 to have my husband's hard drive mirrored and combed through. What was found there was so bad that it made me gag the first time I saw it. My lawyer couldn't even force himself to finish viewing the pictures, he made his assistant look at them all.
Please prepare yourself.

I urge you not to have a non-professional touch the computer. IF there's anything there, you need to have a "clean" chain of custody and an impartial, qualified person who can vouch for what was found.

You and he should see a doctor ASAP and describe the general symptoms - - strange behavior; psychosis; paranoia; vomiting; etc. He should be scheduled for a barrage of tests to rule out bio-chemical imbalances, brain tumor, etc. Just because he has a history does not mean he is not suffering from something and it is manifesting itself in the most fragile areas of his psyche.
While he is under medical observation, you can conduct your investigation for other explanations.
