This is the Dr accused of murdering his wife by feeding her a cocktail of prescription drugs and drowning her in the bathtub.
He's a serial cheater (possible serial killer) and has been living a double life for sometime.
This should be another interesting trial. Jury selection starts in the morning.

I think I'm going to have to retire from watching trials. Those pictures of Travis Alexander traumatized me! Seriously, I can NOT leave a knife on the counter for ONE minute!! They are immediately washed after use and go into a 'trick' drawer. No kidding.
I won't be watching, but I hope justice is served.

Opening arguments today. The prosecution position is that he over medicated his wife and drowned her in the bathtub so he could continue his affair in the open with his mistress.
Defense says she died of natural causes.

Am I the only one watching this? 
The OW was on the stand yesterday and Nancy Grace used an SI term. She said, "Well I can certainly see what they mean when they say they always affair down!"
They OW was on the stand giggling and almost flirting with the prosecutor. She was wearing pants and a jacket that was ill-fitting. And the top under the jacket was low cut, show substantial cleavage.

Yesh! This has been on in the waiting room so I have been walking past it frequently. Did you see the daughter breaking down? But, nooooooooooo, affairs don't affect the kids, do they? What bs.
