Do you text a lot with WH?
he texts me during the day (my request) and it feels great...those little hearts and smiles...even without words...he was thinking of me....hold on to it...one day at a time, yes, compared to first days, weeks months...inching along

Texting has definitely become our connection. We are both at new jobs and having those texts come through durin the day really help. And mine has gotten really good at the long , thoughtful texts. Sometimes right when I need it.
It helps to know that he is thinking if me and takes the time to write meaningful things,or just "hey there" and a winky face.

We text a ton also but learned we have to be careful as it can hurt too!! One time I was joking around and he took it serious and ugh! We try and keep it light - no sarcasm. LOL

Texting has been good for us as well; for some reason phone conversations always start out poorly and then turn into marathon sessions. As I'm still working on controlling my emotions in certain situations it's good for me to not always have those audio cues.
