I eat Paleo for the most part - I started back on Atkins, so there are some similarities. I love it.

Oh man thanks everyone for your posts.. Rachele you cracked me up Rum & Coke I'lll drink to that....
Since i've been on Quick weight loss i've cut out all dairy and sad to say nuts too...but i've been doing some research and im going to put nuts and seeds back into my repertoire... i going to pick up some walnuts. Almonds, sunflower seeds and grass fed yogurt....

One of the companys that share an office with us just had training today and had lunch catererd... Why did they clean everything up and left the cookies??... Oatmeal raisin and sugar cookies...

I saw this thread and I'd never heard of Paleo before. Then I was looking into some health issues I have going on and I saw the word Paleo recommended again. I figure it was fate trying to tell me something, since I've started a new medication and one of the side effects is weight gain.
Switched to a Paleo Vegetarian meal plan and I've lost 2 pounds in the first 2 days.
I can get behind that.
We are curious to try the cauliflower based 'rice' and pizza crust. What the....who knew?
