Do I have to wait until he is old enough to qualify?
I am significantly older than STBXH.
As it is I don't get my part of his pension until he is of retirement age. I may never see any of it.

Oh I am so sorry. Yeah I do think he has to be of retirement age.

Status: Recovering and healing. It's going to be a long hard road.
Update November 2013: It only took seven years but I finally turned a corner. :)
