Filed the papers today and took the first load of stuff to my Mom's.
Gave STBX his copy of initial petition and he signed the Answer and folks, he's not really taking this well at all.
It doesn't change my mind at all but I do feel a little sorry for him....
And then I think about everything that he did and you know what? He'll get over it....

You and me both. I told WH the other day that I know he's upset about my not agreeing to pushing back the court date, but I can no longer make decisions based on how he feels (even if I feel sorry for him). I didn't mention that last part, btw.
Stay strong! Do what's best for you even though he may have a hissy fit.

Stay the course my friend. Don't concern yourself with how your WH feels. Keep in mind that he knew prior to cheating that D was a possible outcome. But he chose to cheat anyway. He like all WS need to experience the consequences of their actions.
