You've made my day. It fills me with optimism that we will all see justice.
In some ways I think that my CSTBXWW getting pregnant is the start of it. She's also got huge credit card bills as a result of fighting so much in the divorce but none of that is as satisfying as hearing your karma bus story

Fun stuff, yesterday!
I met with my lawyers regarding the impending bankruptcy.
Here is what they said.
First...Idiot King cannot claim on the medical bills and arrearage on support for the children. So he is SOL there.
Second...the court will use something called a "balancing test" to determine if by leaving me with the entire debt on the real estate that we own will cause a financial hardship for me...then they will compare our incomes and make him pay back a portion of the debt total, which is not dischargable. AND...I get to keep the building, which means I am free to sell without recourse from his stupid ass.
And third...my most favorite of all...because the Stain and the Mattress claim that ALL FOUR children live with them full-time (Boys see him 4 days per month) and (He has a daughter from Wife#1 whom he NEVER EVER SEES and hasn't for four years) and that boosted their median income allotment for a family of 6, making it look like they are living in poverty with their joint incomes...they have committed bankruptcy fraud, and a motion to show that gets submitted to the court (bankruptcy court) on Monday...which means that the Stain and the Mattress could be subject to a very large fine and/or jail time.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for both!
Next week should be fun...he is going to flip out when my attorney files all this!
The downside? My kids are with him this weekend, and he is pissed at me like REALLY PISSED...because his screwed up life is all my fault...and I worry what mindfuckery he will pull on my boys...
So pray for them...they will be needing it.

I can't wait for Karma to hit but until then I am happy to read yours and others stories. stbxh and mow will get theirs one day.

Praying for your boys ((fly girl)). Karma stories always come as a mixed bag, because there are innocent victims, usually our children.

This is a great karma story!
I love how they claim they can't pay child support anymore, as if child support is an optional payment.
He is getting exactly what he deserves.
