After 1 year of MC and IC I've learned 2 major things . My WW was lonely and loved the attention the om would give her . I've also learned that my WW although remorseful and working with mc and ic she will not admit she had the A because she was selfish and only thought of herself . She still needs to find other reasons that caused her to have the A. Lesson 2 is I have to worker harder on myself . I was devastated like most of you but I learned I can't allow my ww actions to dictate how I feel. That's my thoughts

Itsgoingtobeok,
Those are all very valuable lessons! I think you hit the most important one on the nose. All you can control is you-your thoughts and your behaviors. Work on your own recovery and the outcome will be what it is. You'll be healthier for it, and you will continue to be able to do what you need to do for you.
Good luck!

DS, you are forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with me. I will always try to live by the example you have set. I love you and miss you every day and am sorry you had to go so soon, it just doesn't seem fair.

I like Lesson 2! It's something I've come to realize lately as well (and I'm also 1 year out)
