Sooooo guess who didn't show up yesterday? Yup, the ex was a no-show for the mediation. I sat there for 30 minutes before the mediator called her to see what the deal was and apparently she never knew about the mediation. Looks like she never updated her address and the notice got sent back to the court. They're still holding her responsible and fined her $120 for wasting their time. Luckily I didn't have to pay anything yesterday since I actually showed up. Mediation has been rescheduled for next month and I told WXGF in person so I know she knows and has no excuse next time. I'll send her an email and a text message as well so she has it in writing.
