Thank you everyone for the support and prayers.

Technically, professionally, knowledgewise, the interview went very well. I had some really good discussions with the key people and received positive feedback all day long. The morning went by really quick and we ended with lunch followed by a wrap up with HR. From that aspect I think I did really well and clearly am a fit for the job.

Here's the down side - This morning I got hit with a heavy allergy attack. I cannot seem to shake it. So I had to deal with congestion and a runny nose throughout the entire interview. This is a position that will meet with key customers worldwide. You only get one opportunity to blow a first impression and I am concerned that is what happened.

They are bringing other candidates in too and it won't be until the middle of January before we take the next step which would be a teleconference with some people in Germany. Hopefully I will find out some additional information from the recruiter later this week.

I wouldn't stress on this too much. They are human by the way.
