I know that Match.com seems like an unlikely place for advice or solace when you're trying to Reconcile with your spouse, but I really appreciated these perspectives.

So many times I've heard, "Why should I give him/her another chance?" or "I feel like an idiot for trying..." and it makes me sad for the poster.

There are plenty of good reasons to try and reconcile, and there are many couples who do it successfully. The responses in this article were heartening and I wanted to share it with anyone who needs encouragement when they feel like reconciling but feel unnecessarily doubtful or shameful about it.

Keep in mind, this is coming from Match.com so there may be those who trigger from the source. Ignore the "related" links and the pics to the right and just read the accounts, if you can. I think it's a fine site when used appropriately.

Hugs to you all.
