Sparkle,
I'm sorry, but she isn't going to just turn herself in for having an affair. She's going to lie her ass off. She's going to say your husband used his position to forced her to have sex with him. She'll say he threatened to get her fired or worse. And then, just to be a vindictive b**ch, she'll accuse you of threatening her once you found out.
It might be worth considering having your WH coming forward and telling his side first. If she comes forward first, your WH will have to deny unprovable false allegations.
"He who speaks first, speaks the truth."

Sparkle, I guarantee people at their company already know, or at least suspect.
My XWH and I worked at the same company and the OW was one of his customers. After the whole A came out, I discovered that more than half of the people who we worked with knew about the A. I was completely devastated that these people saw me every day and didn't tell me I was living a lie. The A had went on for years.
I'm not going to let this define me anymore. He's gone and I couldn't be happier.
You couldn't have told me in July and December of 2006, but there really is a life after this mess.
Breathe, just breathe.
