Just to add.....we're 15 months out. The questioning has almost stopped and I've shone a light on the whole sorry business.
When you have all the answers you need it means there are no more secrets between him and her and that's when you can move on.
My IC wanted to rugsweep. I got sick of her saying 'and how does that make you feel? I stopped going, read some books and we counselled ourselves because I felt we had no other choice. But it worked. We are solidly in recovery and if I need help I come to SI. These guys have helped way more than my IC.
